Project: ACT AdCom Customer Request (ACR)
Overview:
This project is intended to replace the current paper-based AdCom Customer Request (ACR) process used by the campus for requesting system/programming services, and provide enhanced service and information via the Web. This project supports the "discontinuing paper-based administrative support process" initiative.

Business Process Flow
- Client accesses the Web-based ACR submittal page.
- Client submits ACR Form via ACT Web page.
- CCMail is sent to the ACT project leader of the selected application.
- CCMail is sent to the client responsible for the selected application.
- CCMail sent to client who submitted the form..
- CCMail includes the form number assigned to the Web ACR, the status of the form, and a message to review the ACR list for more details.
- Project leader reviews the form via the Web ACR list page and decides how to proceed.
- Send to enhancement committee
- Turn over to programmer
- Reject request
- Put request on HOLD pending more details
- Assign MicroMan project number, and change form status
- Client is notified of form status via CCMail after form is viewed
and acted upon.
- Programmer completes actions required by form, and changes status
to Complete or Cancelled.
- Client is notified via CCMail of final status.
This form will support application change requests for the
following ACT Systems:
- Data Warehouse
- DSE
- IFIS
- ISIS
- PPS
- SPT
- SQLDSE
Enhanced Functionality
- Online submittal of request over the Web.
- Viewing of all existing ACR forms that have been
submitted since the Web ACR application went into production (data purge criteria will be established).
- Changes to the form by the ACT department.
- CCMail notifications will be sent to the Client.
